Mileage Correction Decrease (Virtual Cockpit)
This service decreases the mileage on Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and SEAT Virtual Cockpit / Active Info Display instrument clusters back to zero kilometres, after which the mileage can be set to any required value.
Disclaimer: This service must not be used for illegal purposes. Common legitimate use cases include replacing a faulty cluster with a used unit that needs the mileage corrected to match the vehicle, or restoring the correct mileage after a cluster fault.
How It Works:
- Post your speedometer to us, or bring your vehicle to our Durham workshop
- Mileage is decreased to zero on the bench
- You can then set the mileage to your required value
- No DTCs or fault codes left behind
